1. Introduction — Purpose of This Document

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between mmk52 and its players. By accessing mmk52.org, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

mmk52 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page from time to time.

2. Member Eligibility Requirements

Only those who meet the following requirements are eligible to register an account with mmk52—

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not be accessing from a country or location where gambling services are prohibited by law.
• Each person may open only one account, registered under their own unique real name.
• You must confirm that your funds come from a legitimate source of income.

If any of the above requirements are found not to be met, mmk52 reserves the right to close the account and refuse withdrawal of any remaining funds.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Requirements for Account Registration

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details when registering. Opening an account with false or stolen personal information will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you notice any suspicious access to your account, contact customer service immediately.

3.3 One Account Only

Only one account per person is allowed. If bonus abuse through a duplicate or proxy account is detected, both accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at mmk52 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of the request. Applicable limits set by the relevant bank or payment service provider apply at the time of processing.

4.3 Financial Verification

For large withdrawals or deposits that appear inconsistent with policy, mmk52 reserves the right to request identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until this verification is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus up to 200,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. For example — a player who deposits 20,000 Ks receives a 24,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total balance of 44,000 Ks; the bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount of 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.

A player who deposits 340,000 Ks receives the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks and can play with a total balance of 540,000 Ks; a wager requirement of 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks must be met.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds can only be converted to cash once the wagering requirement is met.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be deducted.
• Each player may claim the bonus once only. Accounts from the same household or the same IP address may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• mmk52 reserves the right to pause or modify any bonus at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback by Tier

There are 3 VIP tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%). Tier advancement is based on your play history and active gameplay. Cashback funds can be withdrawn with no wagering requirement.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

mmk52 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by player luck and skill. The platform never alters its game algorithms to deceive players.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited —

• Bonus Abuse — creating accounts to claim bonuses, or concealing ownership of funds
• Money Laundering — depositing funds from illegal sources
• Software Hacking — using third-party tools or bots to manipulate gameplay
• Account-to-Account Transfers — directly transferring funds from one player account to another
• Threatening or harassing any individual

By using the platform, you agree that if any of the above violations are found, your account may be suspended immediately at our discretion.

7. Contact and Customer Service

If you have a complaint and feel it cannot be resolved through our support team, you may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution body. Both the player and the platform agree to abide by the decision reached through that process.

8. Legal Limitations and Liability

mmk52 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from game outcomes, damages caused by Force Majeure events, or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the player.

Service may be temporarily interrupted due to circumstances beyond the platform's control, such as Acts of God, political instability, third-party service disruptions, or Cyber Attacks. Such interruptions are not considered Negligence.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, code, images, text, logos, and trademarks on mmk52.org are the intellectual property of mmk52. Copying, distributing, or modifying any of them without explicit written permission from mmk52 is strictly prohibited.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension by mmk52

If a breach of Section 2 or Section 6 is found, mmk52 may suspend the account immediately without notice. Where suspension is due to bonus abuse or fraud, any remaining balance will be handled subject to mutual agreement.

Both parties agree that if any clause in these terms is found to be unclear, unlawful, or unenforceable, all remaining clauses continue to remain in effect.
